1. Eric Clapton and Friends In Concert 1999

Aunque se toma en cuenta como el primer Festival el realizado en junio de 2004 en el Cotton Bowl en Dallas, anteriormente hubo un concierto para este fin que se llevó a cabo el 30 de junio de 1999, en el Madison Square Garden de la ciudad de Nueva York.

2. Crossroads Guitar Festival 2004

El Festival fue realizado del 4 al 6 de junio de 2004 en el Cotton Bowl en Dallas, Tx resultó una colección sin precedentes de íconos de la guitarra de blues, rock y música contemporánea. El espectáculo se publicó en un DVD de 2 discos que se ha convertido en uno de los videos musicales más vendidos del mundo.
